K. Macey – April 2018

We aren’t great apres ski party animals. We tend to enjoy our evenings at the chalet – but we thought that the village seemed charming and very welcoming. A bit like Meribel when we used to go there a few decades ago. A really pretty village/town.

Our chalet hosts were absolutely superb. I forgot to let you know that we have a vegetarian with us – it was no problem – thank you Chris. You made us feel at home from the first second we arrived.

Ski 2 specialises in making a holiday something to remember and to cherish. As always, you managed to do the same as always. And we love your new resort. Well done Team Ski 2.

Anderson Family – April 2018

Lovely chalet, comfortable rooms, very clean, the chalet hosts (Sophie and Ben) were very nice, good fun, helpful at all times, great with the kids. The food was great and we were very well looked after all the time. We particularly appreciated being able to get showered and changed in one of the bedrooms on the last day before departure, which meant that Sophie had to clean the room again after we’d finished.

We were very happy. The care and attention from all of the Ski 2 staff, from start to finish, made this an easy and enjoyable holiday

Mrs H. Smith – March 2018

Ski 2, without exception, has the best personal service of any travel company I have ever used. Every member of staff you come into contact with are always friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Great drivers with the added bonus of having your own transport without having to queue with large numbers of people. The added bonus of refreshments are hugely appreciated.

First impression was that the resort was very busy but think we went on the main lift after lunch and the French schools were still on holiday! Everything close to the slopes, including ski hire, making the daily trudge far less painful! Good atmosphere and catered for all ages with a good selection of shops/bars and restaurants.

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone. Rachael was very helpful when we had a bit of a moment with a member of our party on the first day and together with Sophie and Harriet made us all very welcome. The food was absolutely delicious and Sophie I need that choc banana cake recipe now! It is easy to take some comforts for granted, especially when they are seamlessly included, but having transport available I feel is really the icing on the cake and I know is not provided by all. Nothing was too much trouble for Tom and we all all appreciated his happy personality and ability to listen to our drivel!

Extremely happy and any improvements difficult to comment on as you provide more than value for money. Not really keen on that expression but it is true that in a very competitive market you have the perfect recipe for happy clients and treating everyone as individuals.

A Hipwell – January 2018

Very comfortable in a fantastic location. After picking up gear from the boot room (located on the ground floor of the chalet) it is literally 40 seconds walk to the lifts etc. My husband has been a skier for many years skiing many resorts and he said that Chalet Delavey is the best location he has ever stayed. The chalet was warm and comfortable with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful. Harriet and Chris are your hosts with Chris preparing wonderful French cuisine all to a very high standard – superb. Harriet takes care of your every need making sure that you are comfortable in the chalet and enjoying your stay – hostess with the mostest!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The village is quite small yet it had everything you would require from a ski holiday. Excellent bars and cafes that served homely food. There is a good supermarket as well as speciality delicatessens selling locally produce delights.

The equipment was hired from Delavey – a large hire shop in the same building as the chalet. Easy to get kitted out and excellent quality boots, skis etc.

Both my daughter and I had instruction from ESF instructors located at the foot of the slopes next door to the apres ski. Both of us were more than pleased with their personalities, fun element and professional expertise. Both of us agreed that our lessons were enjoyable and very worthwhile.

M Beattie – January 2017

From our transfer pick-up at the airport our short trip was excellent
The Chalet chef and helper looked after our every need with always a pleasant smile, location of our Chalet in Les Gets was perfect , could not have been closer to the lifts and Centre

Mrs Smithson – January 2017

We love Les Gets, it’s a great resort for families. The beginner slopes are an ideal place to learn and there is also more advanced skiing on the Mont Cheryl side. The village is beautiful with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and activities to do when not on the slopes.

A lovely clean and warm chalet. The bedrooms were great, plenty of space and storage. The lounge areas were homely and comfortable. The whole holiday was made by the staff who couldn’t have done more. Sophie did an ace job in the kitchen and Charlotte was a fabulous host. Tom was available to pick us up when our little people were too tired to walk back. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Great transfer, very efficient and quick. Providing colouring books and snacks for the kids was a great idea and gratefully received after our flight.

Mr Randell – December 2017

The apartment was in a perfect location, with facilities that exactly met our needs. Everything was in very good condition, with the addition of the welcome pack of milk, juice and other essentials which was very helpful. Was a bit of a pity we couldn’t store our own boots/skis on the premises (we had arranged hire in advance from a shop elsewhere in the village ) but this was a minor gripe as everything is close by so not a great inconvenience . We were welcomed by Rachelle at quite a late hour too, who made sure we settled in ok, which was appreciated.

Our third trip to Les Gets, which we’ve found to be perfect with our young children. It’s a pretty, small village that also has a decent mix of facilities (shops, restaurants, bars, ice rink etc) on a scale which is easy to get around, plus the slopes are just right for beginners and provides some decent challenges when we want to get a bit further afield. It’s a short transfer from Geneva which is perfect for the family.

Mr Caldwell – December 2017

The Delavey apartment is very good in all respects but it’s location is one of it’s prized assets.
Rachel was as always excellent, eager to help and can concentrated in making our holiday as good as possible.
Tom was always keen to help, offering lifts at every opportunity and help and advice on the ski area. The addition of the transport provided by Tom, has been an excellent decision. It opens up the resort and PdS ski area.
Office staff were very helpful and accommodating especially when dealing with a booking prior to the resort fully opening.
